The Offer:
One Year Strat Op facilitation, including the installation of the Paterson Center Strat Op Strategic Operating System, quarterly scrubs and monthly coaching.
The Qualifiers:
Any MSP choosing this offer must have an established team of leaders across the functional areas of the MSP (Operations, Finance, Sales, HR, and Account Management). A leader can fill multiple roles at the organization, but a minimum leadership team would consist of at least 3 individuals.
All leaders must be able to be in an off-site board room for three full days without day to day obligations, or the use of their cell phones or computers outside of breaks. Most MSPs become "viable" candidates for Strat Op when they have a minimum of 3M in ARR.
An MSP choosing this service will be required to cover travel/per diem expenses for the engagement. (Approx. 7,500 -15,000 depending on locations/durations)
The Value:
Annual engagements are valued at $105,000.00 US Second year engagements may increase or decrease depending on requirements. Travel and per diem expenses are paid by the client. Per diem expense is $750/day of on-site work. There is no per diem associated to remote work.
An average engagement will have between $7,500-$15,000 in travel expenses annually.
