With the proper instruments, Managed Service Providers could work smarter, not harder, which is the guiding principle by which I established the company. As a technologist, I've experienced data overload and limitations on time. I decided there had to be a better way, so I combined our resources to produce AI-based solutions that use contemporary technology to free up people's time for more important activities. Beginning my career in managed services in 2008, I am motivated to introduce the tools and methodologies of the future to MSPs that wish to innovate, amass greater intellectual property wealth, and conduct data-driven real-time innovation in situations where it was previously unattainable.
