Hi, I’m Michael Nelson, an active member in the MSP world.

As a Founder and Partner at Scaled, I connect MSP’s with exceptional technical talent on a global scale. I co-founded Scaled with Jason Knight to address the ongoing challenge of IT talent acquisition that I faced when growing TLC Tech. At Scaled, we have developed a pool of pre-vetted IT candidates to help our colleagues in the MSP space complete their teams.

My involvement in industry groups, including my long-standing membership in Evolve (formerly HTG) and other MSP Channel communities, is an important part of my dedication to fostering growth and collaboration within the MSP community. I value the opportunity to exchange knowledge and contribute to the collective advancement of our industry.

I am also the author of "Goals That Matter." In this book, I share insights into business strategy and personal development, inspiring readers to set meaningful goals and achieve long-term success.
