Prior to her tenure at Nucleus Networks, Jennifer held various leadership roles in the IT sector, where she honed her skills in operations management, team leadership, and strategic planning. Her extensive experience and dedication to delivering exceptional service has made her a respected figure in the Canadian IT community.
Under Jennifer’s leadership, Nucleus has been recognized as one of Canada’s top MSPs. In May 2024, CRN® named her to its prestigious Women of the Channel Power 100 Solution Provider list, honoring her strategic vision and leadership in the IT channel. In 2023, Jennifer was also nominated as Business Women of the year by Canada Small Business Magazine. Most recently, Jennifer was named one of the Women of the Channel Solutions Provider Power 80 by CRN.
A passionate advocate for workplace culture and employee well-being, Jennifer emphasizes mentorship, accountability, and work-life balance. She is also a proud mother of a competitive dancer and sits on the Board of Directors for the Royal City Youth Ballet. Believing in giving back to the community, Jennifer also sits on the Scalepad Partner Advisory Council, is part of the Partner Advisory Board for D&H Canada and is part of the core committee for Global Women in Technology through GTIA. In 2025, Jennifer was also asked to be the Co-Chair of the MSP Focus Group serving for the North American Executive Committee of GTIA.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Jennifer loves to travel, spend time with her incredibly supportive husband and daughter, enjoys reading, and taking adult dance classes.
