[00:00:01] Here's your afternoon TNB Tech Minute for Monday, September 21. I'm Julie Chang for The Wall Street Journal. Meta's stock is up about 12 percent. The rise comes as its personal AI assistant, Muse, is seeing early signs of success. Released two weeks ago, the app reached the number one spot in Apple's App Store and has been seeing strong user praise on X.

[00:00:23] A Truist analyst noted Muse could add an additional $28.5 billion for the company by 2030. While Muse is free to use, it also offers two paid tiers for super users, one for $20 a month and another for $100 a month. OpenAI is asking the U.S. government to lead an effort with other countries to establish global safety and security standards for building cutting-edge AI systems.

[00:00:50] In a proposal published today, the company suggested that countries set common measures for evaluating forthcoming self-improving AI systems and establish secure channels to share emerging threats. This comes as top tech leaders recently advocated for industry-wide coordination to slow AI development. But the Trump administration has resisted those calls, with Trump stating law enforcement bodies can intervene if necessary. News Corp. owner of the Wall Street Journal has a content licensing partnership with OpenAI.

[00:01:20] And Accenture shares are up over 2.5 percent, following news that it'll embed evaluators at Anthropik to stress-test AI models. The initiative will be led by faculty, a UK AI firm Accenture acquired this year. Accenture and Anthropik said they expect to invest about $1 billion each over the next five years in the AI safety effort. Anthropik called the partnership a key step in pacing technology development.

[00:01:46] Despite Monday's gain, Accenture shares remained down about 30 percent this year amid weak IT spending and fears that AI could disrupt professional services. The company recently cut its fiscal year revenue guidance. For a deeper dive into what's happening in tech, check out Tuesday's Tech News Briefing Podcast. The pandemic has been banned by the banks, all along with our private bank members. The pandemic has been run by the banks, all across the world and law enforcement events.
