[00:00:34] [SPEAKER_00]: market share to companies like Microsoft and TikTok.
[00:00:38] [SPEAKER_00]: Squarespace and private equity firm Primera say they have reached an agreement to boost
[00:00:42] [SPEAKER_00]: the buyout offer price to take the website development company private.
[00:00:47] [SPEAKER_00]: Squarespace shareholders will now receive $46.50 per share they own.
[00:00:52] [SPEAKER_00]: That's up from the previously agreed price of $44 a share, which some investors criticized,
[00:00:57] [SPEAKER_00]: saying it undervalued the company.
[00:01:00] [SPEAKER_00]: Shares in enterprise software firm Oracle surged 8% in after-hours trading after it
[00:01:05] [SPEAKER_00]: beat quarterly expectations and announced a partnership deal with Amazon Web Services.
