[00:00:38] [SPEAKER_00]: We exclusively report, chipmaker Qualcomm has approached rival Intel with a takeover bid in recent days.
[00:00:46] [SPEAKER_00]: That's according to people familiar with the matter who caution that a deal is far from certain.
[00:00:50] [SPEAKER_00]: And even if Intel is receptive, a deal between the chip giants is likely to attract antitrust scrutiny.

[00:01:14] [SPEAKER_00]: Nokia claimed Amazon was using its patented video-related technologies in Prime Video and Amazon's streaming devices without a license.
[00:01:23] [SPEAKER_00]: An Amazon spokesperson said the company disagreed with the court's decision but said the ruling won't affect existing customers.
[00:01:31] [SPEAKER_00]: And Constellation Energy and Microsoft have reached a deal to restart Pennsylvania's Three Mile Island nuclear plant
[00:01:38] [SPEAKER_00]: to help power Microsoft's growing artificial intelligence ambitions.
[00:01:43] [SPEAKER_00]: Three Mile Island is the site of the U.S.'s worst nuclear power accident
[00:01:47] [SPEAKER_00]: and Constellation expects to spend around $1.6 billion reviving the plant's undamaged reactor by 2028.
[00:01:55] [SPEAKER_00]: Constellation and Microsoft say they've signed a 20-year power purchase agreement as part of the deal.
