Bio:
Damien (and the team at Servosity) are working on making Disaster Recovery software and systems easy to use (think self-healing computers). He has a deep background in inside sales, virtualization, and cloud computing, including working with Amazon Web Services since early 2007. Besides being a CEO, Damien's also the guy behind the MSP Mindset podcast. On there, he chats about all things MSP-related and brings on some cool leaders and pioneers from the scene to share their stories and knowledge. Outside of work, Damien spends time with his amazing wife and three children.
Servosity, founded by Damien Stevens, is a backup and disaster recovery solution that brings a new twist to the industry: backups that are fully managed for you. After trusting “successful” backup reports (like screenshots) and subsequently losing a client’s data as an MSP himself, Damien set off to find a way to keep other MSPs from facing the same fate.
The Company
Servosity boasts all of the shiny new technology that other companies do, but the big differentiator comes from Servosity engineers completing daily testing and managing every aspect of your backups.
