Reuben has been an avid entrepreneur since his early 20's. He started his first business with a national home improvement company while attending Michigan State University for a Finance degree. He grew this business to become one of Michigan's largest painting and home maintenance companies before he sold it the age of 30.
He then pursued his passion of helping people make smart life and wealth choices as a registered financial advisor and maintains advisory and fiduciary relationships with select clients. Over the past decade he developed a series of workshops and resources designed to help young entrepreneurs and medical professionals make smart financial choices early in their career. Reuben has given lectures to hundreds of groups throughout the country and has developed a Financial Roadmap program to guide business owners and medical professionals through the development and implementation of their custom financial plans.
Reuben has been an angel investor, advisor, and mentor to several startup companies and founders since 2015. He and his partners founded Washington Avenue Ventures where they focus on investing, consulting, and partnering with early stage and growth stage companies looking to transition, scale, or exit.

Christopher Vollmond-Carstens joined Ntiva in September 2020 as the VP of Corporate Development to lead the company’s M&A and integration activities. His prior experience includes building a corporate development practice at TOMIA, consulting at Deloitte, private equity at GE Energy Financial Services, and investment banking at Morgan Stanley. Christopher received a BA in Economics from Williams College and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
