Ian founded Doberman Technologies in 2005, and successfully exited in 2021. He is a certified Paterson Strat Op guide, focused on helping business owners improve their quality of life by maximizing both their productivity and profitability.

Jason thrives on coaching leadership teams to maximize their impact and is driven to help clients achieve breakthroughs by effectively implementing strategic planning and resource synergy. He is well versed in all areas of strategic leadership, and guides clients in a variety of sectors, including small and large business, ministries, non-profits, schools and sports teams.
He serves Paterson as CEO, Partner, and provider of perfect sports analogies. Jason graduated from the University of Iowa Tippie School of Business and completed the Executive Program for Business Management and Entrepreneurship at the Pennsylvania University Wharton School of Business. He is also a certified StratOp® and LifePlan® Guide. He lives in North Carolina with his wife and two children.
